Provided are a movement pattern estimating method using multi-sensor data and a smartwear with the same. The movement pattern estimating method using multi-sensor data according to an embodiment of the present invention identifies a movement pattern of a person wearing clothing by using acceleration data, and identifies the movement pattern of a person wearing clothing by using gyroscope data when the movement pattern is not identified by the acceleration data. Thus, a problem of information reliability arising from an error of smartwear system information may be solved, and an accurate method of estimating various movements and action patterns through multiple sensors can be provided.멀티 센서 데이터를 이용한 이동 패턴 추론 방법 및 이를 적용한 스마트웨어가 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 멀티 센서 데이터를 이용한 이동 패턴 추론 방법은, 가속도 데이터들을 이용하여 의류 착용자의 이동 패턴을 파악하되, 이동 패턴이 파악되지 않으면 자이로 데이터들을 이용하여 의류 착용자의 이동 패턴을 파악한다. 이에 의해, 스마트웨어 시스템 정보에 오류로 인한 정보 신뢰성 문제를 해결하고, 멀티 센서를 통한 다양한 움직임과 행동 패턴의 정확한 추론 방법 제시할 수 있게 된다.
