- The present invention relates to a process for dyeing keratinous fibers from i) dye (s) self - oxidizable (s) and (ii) base (s) of oxidation (dense), cyclic (s) (s) selected from among the bases a) (pyrazolo) pyridines, b) (pyrazolo) pyrimidines, c) pyrazoles, d) pyrazolones, and e) pyrrolopyridazines which do not use of a chemical oxidizing agent； and a dye composition comprising the components i) and (ii), free from a chemical oxidizing agent. The present invention makes it possible in particular to obtain a dyeing of keratin fibres, in the absence of chemical oxidizing agent, a very intense.
