PURPOSE: An electronic needle flat form is provided to obtain energy for electrical stimulus or to transmit data through an antenna. CONSTITUTION: An electronic needle flat form comprises a current supplying unit(100), an electrical needle(200), a ground electrode, and antennas(500). The current supplying unit provides current for electrical stimulation. The electrical needle is electrically connected to one end of the current supplying unit. The end of the electrical needle is manufactured into a sharp form in order to easily insert the needle into the skin. A ground electrode is electrically connected to the other end of the current supplying unit, and is in touch with skin of a subject. The antenna wirelessly transmits data about electrical stimulation.
