A method of fabricating a dental prosthesis, the method comprising the following steps:a) preparing a paste by mixing a particulate filler and a resin suitable for forming a binder phase by hardening；b) hardening the paste prepared in step a), optionally after shaping it, so as to form a solid composite mass；c) optionally cutting the solid composite mass so as to form at least one composite block； andd) optionally machining the composite block so as to form a dental prosthesis；in which method, in step b) the hardening is performed at a pressure greater than 500 bar, and the pressure is returned to atmospheric pressure once all of the resin has hardened.
