DYNAMIC ORTHOSIS FOR FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE/ASSISTANCE/RECOVERY OF HAND IN A PATIENT WITH SEQUELAE FROM CEREBROVASCULAR ACCIDENT OR OTHER CENTRAL EFFECTOR LESIONS
The invention relates to an orthosis for functional exercise/assistance/recovery of the hand in a patient with sequelae from a cerebrovascular accident or other central effector lesions. According to the invention, the orthosis consists of two wire sides () flexed in certain points and fixed to each other by means of two sheet metal bent platbands () coated with a protective material (), the orthosis being fixed onto the forearm by means of two tapes (), on the direction of the thumb there being provided a thumb extension and abduction assisting system consisting of a wire (), a rubber band () and a ring () wherein the thumb is introduced, as well as two orthoses () for the index and middle finger, fixed by means of some other tapes ().Invenţia se referă la o orteză pentru antrenarea/asistarea/recuperarea funcţionalităţii mâinii unui pacient cu sechele după un accident vascular cerebral sau cu alte leziuni de neuron motor central. Orteza conform invenţiei este compusă din două laturi () realizate din sârmă, flectată în anumite puncte, fixate între ele prin intermediul a două platbande () realizate din tablă, curbate, acoperite cu un material () de protecţie, fixarea pe antebraţ fiind realizată cu ajutorul a două benzi (), pe direcţia degetului mare fiind dispus un sistem de asistare a extensiei şi abducţiei policelui, compus dintr-o sârmă (), un elastic () şi un inel () în care se introduce degetul mare, precum şi două orteze () pentru degetul arătător şi mijlociu, fixate prin intermediul altor benzi ().
