PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus capable of automatically preventing a region of interest from leaving an X-ray image.SOLUTION: The X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus includes: an X-ray tube 1, a collimator 10, an X-ray detector 2 a roughly C-shaped C type arm for supporting the X-ray tube 1 and the X-ray detector 2 in the state of facing each other a support part for slidably supporting the C-type arm a turning part for turning the C-type arm through the support part a hanging support part for hanging and supporting the turning part from a ceiling a horizontal movement part 8 for horizontally moving the hanging support part and a control part 9.
