7 ABSTRACT The present invention is directed to a minimally invasive surgical cannula provided with at least two grooves having a semi-circular profile as a non rotating feature. The non rotating grooves of cannula further accommodates at least one sensor and a strain gauge to detect and measure forces acting on cannula when it is coupled with a modular interfacing arrangement and facilitates maneuvering of surgical instrument inside the body cavity during surgical incision. 8La présente invention concerne une canule chirurgicale mini-invasive comportant au moins deux rainures ayant un profil semi-circulaire en tant que caractéristique non rotative. Les rainures non rotatives de la canule reçoivent en plus au moins un capteur et une jauge de contrainte pour détecter et mesurer des forces agissant sur la canule lorsqu'elle est couplée avec un agencement d'interfaçage modulaire et facilite la manœuvre d'un instrument chirurgical à l'intérieur de la cavité corporelle pendant une incision chirurgicale.
