The present invention provides an oil color cosmetic composition including a base composition containing polydatin having an antioxidant effect. According to the present invention, when polydatin, in a state of a base composition produced by mixing ceramide, cholesterol, polyalcohol, and liquid oil, is mixed with an oil component and a pigment, water-soluble polydatin is stably dispersed in a formulation, so color dispersibility on a formulation is not hindered. Also, excellent stability is ensured, and an antioxidant effect of polydatin is also excellent. In particular, a lipstick produced by using a polydatin base composition improves the color and the volume of the lips, so the satisfaction of consumers with respect to healthy and beautiful lips can be improved.본 발명은 항산화 효과를 갖는 폴리다틴을 함유한 베이스 조성물을 포함하는 유성 색조 화장료 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 폴리다틴을 세라마이드, 콜레스테롤, 다가알코올 및 액상오일과 함께 혼합하여 제조한 베이스 조성물의 형태로 유상 성분 및 안료와 혼합할 경우, 수용성 폴리다틴이 제형 내에서 안정하게 분산됨으로써 제형 상의 색소 분산성을 저해시키지 않으며 안정성이 우수하고, 폴리다틴의 항산화 효과 또한 우수하게 나타난다. 특히 폴리다틴 베이스 조성물을 이용하여 제조한 립스틱은 입술의 색과 볼륨을 개선하여 건강하고 아름다운 입술에 대한 소비자들의 만족도를 높일 수 있다.
