The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an astigmatism test image program, which is able to test astigmatism of a subject by forming an astigmatism test image by overlapping sample images for testing astigmatism on an image with various angles, the method comprising: a sample image forming step of forming a sample image for inspecting astigmatism a sinusoidal noise image forming step of forming an image with a plurality of sinusoidal noises formed in the rotated direction according to an input value received from a mobile communication terminal and an astigmatism test image forming step of forming an image for an astigmatism test by overlapping the sample image and the sinusoidal noise image. The astigmatism test image formed in the astigmatism test image forming step is provided on a screen of the mobile communication terminal such that the astigmatism of the subject is measured.본 발명은 다양한 각도로 이루어진 이미지영상에 난시를 테스트하기 위한 샘플 이미지영상을 겹쳐 난시 테스트용 영상을 형성하여 피검자의 난시를 테스트할 수 있도록 구현한 난시 테스트 영상 프로그램 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 난시를 검사하기 위한 샘플 영상을 형성하는 샘플 영상 형성단계 이동통신단말기로부터 입력받은 입력값에 따라 회전된 방향으로 형성된 다수 개의 정현파 노이즈로 영상을 형성하는 정현파 노이즈 영상 형성단계 및 상기 샘플 영상과 상기 정현파 노이즈 영상을 겹쳐 난시 테스트용 영상을 형성하는 난시 테스트용 영상 형성단계를 포함하되, 상기 난시 테스트용 영상 형성단계에서 형성된 상기 난시 테스트용 영상이 상기 이동통신단말기의 화면에 제공되어 피검자의 난시가 측정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
