The present invention relates to an air purification and deodorization device comprising: an air passing pipe connected between an pollution-generation source and an exhaust pipe, and horizontally installed to pass polluted air generated from the pollution-generating source； a driving motor installed on one end part inside the air passing pipe coaxially with the air passing pipe to be driven by electricity； a spray nozzle continuously installed on the upside of the air passing pipe in a lengthwise direction to spray water to the polluted air which passes the air passing pipe； a churning unit arranged inside the air passing pipe having a plurality of churning fans axially coupled to the driving axis of the driving motor in a lengthwise direction to dilute the polluted air which passes the air passing pipe, by rotating in the rotating direction of the driving axis and churning the polluted air with water； and a drainage hole installed on the lower side of the air passing pipe to collect and discharge water having the polluted air diluted therein.
