The present invention relates to IoT heating socks for diabetic patients which allow users to maintain the body temperature on their feet at ideal temperatures where proteins in the body properly function, and improve blood circulation, thereby promoting the diabetic patient′s foot health, and alleviating the symptoms of the diabetic patients. The IoT heating socks for diabetic patients include: a heating member provided on the foot and cuff of the socks so that heat can be constantly generated in the feet of the diabetic patients； and a control unit installed on the leg so as to supply necessary power to the heating member, check the remaining amount of power, check the temperature, and adjust the temperature. The temperature of a first heating body and a second heating body installed on the socks is uniformly maintained between 36 to 37 °C, thereby improving the blood flow of the feet of the diabetic patients, alleviating the symptoms of diabetes by blood circulation. The temperature on the feet of the diabetic patients is controlled using a smart device to be the same temperature as their body temperature, so that the users can always keep their feet healthy by constant temperature.본 발명은 체내의 단백질이 기능을 수행하는 이상적이 온도로 발의 체온을 유지할 수 있도록 혈액 순환이 좋아지게 하여 당뇨 환자의 발 건강을 도모함은 물론 당뇨 환자의 증세를 쉽게 완화하는 당뇨환자를 위한 IoT 발열 양말에 관한 것으로, 당뇨환자의 발에서 열이 일정하게 발생할 수 있도록 양말의 풋과 커프에 설치되는 발열부재와； 발열부재에서 필요한 전원의 공급, 전원 잔량 체크, 온도 체크 및 조절할 수 있도록 레그에 설치되는 컨트롤부를 포함하며, 양말에 설치되는 제1발열체와 제2발열체의 온도를 36℃에서 37℃ 사이로 균일하게 유지하므로 당뇨환자의 발에 대한 혈행이 개선되므로 혈액순환에 의한 당뇨환자의 증세를 완화할 수 있고, 당뇨 환자의 몸의 온도와 같은 온도로 발의 온도를 스마트기기를 통해 온도를 제어하므로 사용자는 항상 일정한 온도에 의해 발의 건강을 유지하는 있는 효과가 있다.
