The present invention relates to a rehabilitation exercise apparatus capable of obtaining the effect of performing both a simple ankle rehabilitation exercise and a stepped exercise that lifts a thigh part to obtain a rehabilitation exercise effect of climbing stairs, during a rehabilitation exercise, and having a simple structure which has been improved to enable both a lower limb exercise and an upper limb-linked lower limb rehabilitation exercise.
