The present invention relates to a rollable strip (1) for the out-of-ground cultivation of plants as well as to an associated growth device and installation, and such that according to the invention, the rollable strip (1) comprises a first wall (2), referred to as an inner wall, that is capable of allowing nutrient fluids to pass through, a second wall (3), referred to as an outer wall, that is capable of controlling evaporation, attachment means (4) that are capable of allowing the strip to be attached to a vertical growth device and means (6) for receiving plants in the form of seeds or sprouts.
