It allows to vary all the most essential conditions for obtaining fine and superfine particle aerosols temperature vaporization substance gas dilution rate rate of cooling of the gas composition of the gaseous medium the possibility of preparation, storage, use, sublimation formulations for various purposes and various combinations thereof during their intended use.
