According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is an X-ray detector using optical switching divided into multiple pixels. The X-ray detector comprises a lead-out photoconductor layer which is connected to the bottom part of an electric charge collection layer which collects a first polarity charge generated by X-ray signals, and and which receives optical signals and generates the first polarity charge and a second polarity charge； a bottom electrode connected to the bottom part of the lead-out photoconductor layer to collect the first polarity charge generated in the lead-out photoconductor layer which moves by the first polarity charge collected in the charge collection layer； a line-shaped optical source which moves in the predetermined direction of scanning and provides optical signals to the lead-out photoconductor through the bottom electrode； a lead-out part to lead out the first polarity charge collected in the bottom electrode based on trigger signals； and a trigger signal generating unit placed at a distance from the first line pixel among multiple pixels in the predetermined direction of scanning to generate trigger signals for lead-out in the lead-out part based on the location of the line-shaped optical source.복수 개의 픽셀들로 구분된 광 스위칭을 이용한 엑스레이 디텍터에 있어서, 엑스레이 신호에 의해 발생된 제 1 극성의 전하를 수집하는 전하 수집층의 하단에 결합되고, 광 신호를 입력받아 제 1 극성의 전하와 제 2 극성의 전하를 발생시키는 리드아웃 포토 컨덕터층； 리드아웃 포토 컨덕터층의 하단에 결합되어 상기 전하 수집층에서 수집된 상기 제 1 극성의 전하에 의해 이동되는 리드아웃 포토 컨덕터층에서 발생된 제 1 극성의 전하를 수집하는 하부 전극； 소정의 스캔 방향을 따라 이동하며 하부 전극을 통해 리드아웃 포토 컨덕터층으로 광 신호를 제공하는 라인(line) 광원； 트리거 신호에 기초하여, 하부 전극에 수집된 제 1 극성의 전하를 리드아웃하는 리드아웃부； 및 복수 개의 픽셀들 중 제 1 라인 픽셀로부터 소정의 스캔 방향을 따라 소정 거리 이격되어 위치되고, 라인 광원의 위치에 기초하여 리드아웃부의 리드아웃을 위한 트리거 신호를 발생하는 트리거 신호 발생부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 엑스레이 디텍터가 개시된다.
