PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy confirmation whether a patient can leave from a bed without causing a problem to enable the patient to leave the bed without hesitation.SOLUTION: When the patient tries to input destination information by a destination information input part 5, a determination part 7 determines whether he/she has a schedule within a prescribed period of time. When the patient has a schedule, a warning output part outputs a warning to urge the patient not to leave the bed. When the patient inputs the destination information, the destination of the patient is displayed on a display part 14 of an information terminal 10 for healthcare workers. Consequently, the patient is urged not to leave the bed by the warning when he/she has a schedule, and the healthcare workers carry out the schedule, such as nursing or treatments, as planned. When he/she have no schedule, the patient can leave the bed without anxiety since the warning is not given. Since the destination of the patient is displayed, the healthcare worker easily understands the destination of the patient when the need to locate the patient arises.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者が病床を離れても問題が無いかどうかを容易に確認できるようにしつつ、気兼ねなく病床を離れることができるようにする。【解決手段】患者が行先情報入力部5で行先情報を入力しようとすると、所定時間内に予定が存在するか否かを判定部7により判定し、予定が存在する場合には、患者が病床を離れないように促す警告を警告出力部により出力する。また、患者が行先情報を入力した場合には、医療従事者用情報端末10の表示部14に患者の行先を表示する。これにより、予定が存在する場合には、警告によって患者が病床を離れないように促され、患者は看護や治療などの予定を医療従事者に予定通り実施させることができる。また、予定が存在しない場合には、警告が行われないので、患者は安心して病床を離れることができる。また、患者の行先が表示されるので、医療従事者は、患者を捜す必要が生じた場合でも患者の行先を容易に把握することができる。【選択図】 図1
