The mechanized root-crop grater consist mainly of a fabricated rotating blade-like disc made from one-fourth thick stainless steel plate having punched perforated sharp-holes arranged in hemispherical form for efficient grating any root-crops directly driven by a one-half horsepower AC electric motor, protected by transparent detachable covering with angled feed tube and inserted plastic pusher, a discharge opening at the lower part of the said covering for continuously grating any root-crops.
