The present invention provides a formation method and device of Guilu Erxian paste pellet. In the process that any one mold on the rotary plate of a molding machine receives raw paste liquid from an injector to complete formation of pellet workpiece, other molds are simultaneously and respectively subjected to mold temperature cooling process, mold opening operation and mold temperature preheating process, such that each mold on the rotary plate of the molding machine, under the operation of the intermittent rotating motion of the rotary plate, is preheated by the circulating hot water injected by a hot water injector, and then passed to the injector for injecting raw paste liquid to form pellet workpiece. Each mold finishing with pellet workpiece formation is subsequently passed through cold and warm liquid injector which injects circulating cold and warm liquid to make the pellet workpiece completely solidified and shrunk, and then passed to a propeller to proceed with mold opening and pellet workpiece releasing operations. The mold completed with mold opening is transferred to the location of hot water injector for mold temperature preheating to prevent the injected material from premature solidification in the following injection. By circulative position switching of each mold for synchronously proceeding with preheating, cooling of injected material, cooling and shrinking process of workpiece, and mold opening and workpiece releasing operation, the raw paste liquid of Guilu Erxian paste may be rapidly finished with pellet formation process, so as to provide quantified high production efficiency and labor-saving economic benefits for automated production.
