Case by the third version consists of flexible polymeric material, which takes form of lachrymal canal, when bush of lachrymal point is introduced into lachrymal canal. Reservoir by the first version is enclosed inside case and contains, at least, one hole, and contains in itself containing active agent material, which contains, at least, one active agent and is formed in form of fibre or fibre-like structure, case being impermeable for active agent. By the second version, reservoir is enclosed inside case and contains one hole on first end, second end or on first and second ends of case, and contains in itself containing active agent material, which contains, at least, one active agent, and is formed in form of fibre or fibre-like structure, case being impermeable for active agent. By the third version, case consists of flexible polymer material, which takes shape of lachrymal canal, when bush of lachrymal point is introduced into lachrymal canal.
