The present invention relates to kartogenin-conjugated chitosan particles with an improved extended release property and biocompatibility. Effects of increases in biocompatibility, chondrogenic differentiation efficiency and staying time in the joints were confirmed by using kartogenin-chitosan microparticles or kartogenin-chitosan nanoparticles of the present invention, and thus targeted treatment, in the prevention or treatment of bone diseases, is enabled through a more fundamental approach.La présente invention concerne des particules de chitosane conjuguées à de la kartogénine présentant des améliorations en termes de libération prolongée et de biocompatibilité. Les effets des améliorations de biocompatibilité, d'efficacité de différenciation chondrogène et de durée de séjour dans les articulations ont été confirmés par l'utilisation des microparticules de chitosane-kartogénine ou des nanoparticules de chitosane-kartogénine de la présente invention. Ainsi, le traitement ciblé, dans la prévention ou le traitement de maladies osseuses, est rendu possible par une approche plus fondamentale.본 발명은 서방출 및 생체 적합성이 개선된 카토제닌-키토산 복합체 입자(Kartogenin-conjugated chitosan particles)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 카토제닌-키토산 마이크로 입자(Kartogenin-Chitosan microparticles) 또는 카토제닌-키토산 나노입자(Kartogenin-Chitosan nanoparticles)를 이용하여 생체 적합성, 연골 분화효율 및 관절 내 잔류시간 증가효과를 확인하였는바, 골 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 있어서, 보다 근본적으로 접근하여 타겟 치료를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
