PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument with improved handleability, and an ophthalmic surgery system using the intraocular lens insertion instrument.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens insertion instrument comprises: a casing body having a pressure chamber whose volume varies by a movable wall movably provided inside a casing； a first terminal in communication with the pressure chamber, for connecting with a suction pump through a tube； and a movable member whose one end is connected to the movable wall, for directly or indirectly extruding an intraocular lens at the other end.
