The present invention relates to a DNA vaccine composition for preventing or treating fish viral hemorrhagic septicemia which contains recombinant expression vector including DDx41 gene and VHS virus glycoprotein gene as active ingredients. The DNA vaccine of the present invention uses DDx41 gene as a molecule supplement and VHSV glycoprotein gene as a virus antigen to show a high protection rate when the DNA vaccine is used to inoculate flounder fries. Therefore, the DNA vaccine of the present invention is an effective DNA vaccine for VHS virus by adding the molecule supplement, and is expected to be used for preventing or treating fish viral hemorrhagic septicemia, especially for the flounder fries.본 발명은 DDx41 유전자 및 VHS 바이러스 당단백질 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 발현벡터를 유효성분으로 하는 어류의 바이러스성 출혈성 패혈증의 예방 또는 치료용 DNA 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 DNA 백신은 분자보조제로서 DDx41 유전자를 사용하였고, 바이러스 항원으로서는 VHSV 당단백질 유전자를 사용하여 상기 DNA 백신을 넙치 치어에 접종한 결과 높은 방어율을 보임을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 발명의 DNA 백신은 VHS 바이러스에 대한 분자 보조제를 첨가하여 만든 효과적인 DNA 백신으로써, 어류, 특히 넙치의 바이러스성 출혈성 패혈증 감염에 대한 예방 및 치료용 백신으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
