PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiation part for a microwave therapeutic apparatus, performing a thermotherapy of an affected part regardless of a narrow area and a wide area and performing the effective thermotherapy while giving a superior warm sense to a patient.SOLUTION: The skeleton of the irradiation part 1 includes three or more, an odd-number of base bodies divided from each other and reflecting microwaves, the odd-number of base bodies are disposed adjacent to each other, and the adjacent base bodies are rotationally fixed and connected to each other. Among the odd-number of base bodies, the base body disposed at the center is provided with an antenna part. In order to obstruct the rotation of the base bodies, the respective base bodies are covered with a cover made of material quality to transmit the microwaves, and a light emitting part, which emits light on receiving the microwaves from the antenna part, is provided between the base bodies and the cover. A a person who gives medical treatment is given information to the effect that the microwaves are radiated form the antenna part. The antenna part is shaped to radiate the microwaves in the longitudinal direction and with an extent in the direction of arranging the base bodies.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】 狭小面積及び広範面積の患部の温熱治療を可能とすると共により優れた温感を患者に付与しながら効率的な温熱治療が施せるマイクロ波治療装置用照射部を提供すること。【解決手段】 照射部の骨格を相互に区分けされたマイクロ波を反射する三個以上の奇数個の基体から構成し、該奇数個の基体を左右方向に隣り合うよう配置すると共に隣り合う前記基体間を回動固定自在に連結し、前記奇数個の基体のうち、中央位置に配置される基体にアンテナ部を形成し、前記基体の回動を妨げないよう前記各基体をマイクロ波が透過する材質からなるカバーで被覆し、該アンテナ部からのマイクロ波を受けて発光する発光体を前記基体と前記カバーとの間に設け、前記アンテナ部からマイクロ波が照射されている旨を施療者等に知らしめるようにし、該アンテナ部を前後方向ないし基体の配置方向に拡がりをもってマイクロ波が放射される形状とした。【選択図】図3
