The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, devices, and non-transitory computer readable storage media for segmenting 3D images. In one embodiment, a computer-implemented method for segmenting a three-dimensional image is provided. The method can include receiving a 3D image acquired by the imaging device and selecting a plurality of stacks of adjacent 2D images from the 3D image. The method may further include segmenting each stack of adjacent two-dimensional images using a neural network model by a processor. The method can also include determining a label map of the three-dimensional image by aggregating segmentation results from the multiple stacks by the processor.
