A stable composition comprising: a) a dispersed phase containing, with respect to the total composition, from about 1 gram of active ingredient per liter (g ai / l) to about 200 g ai / l of a solid insoluble pesticide in water； b) a continuous aqueous phase containing, with respect to the total composition, from about 100 g ai / l to about 500 g ai / l of a water-soluble salt of the pesticide and from about 200 g / l to about 800 g / l of water； c) from about 0, 1 g / l to about 20 g / l of at least one compatible rheological agent； and d) from about 1 g / l to about 100 g / l, with respect to the total composition of at least one wetting dispersant. 2. A composition according to claim 1, wherein the solid water-insoluble pesticide has a solubility in deionized water at 20 ° C. of not more than about 75 mg / L. A composition according to claim 1, wherein the solid water-insoluble pesticide has a solubility in deionized water at 20 ° C. of not more than about 50 mg / L. A composition according to claim 1, wherein the solid water-insoluble pesticide has a solubility in deionized water at 20 ° C. of not more than about 25 mg / L. A composition according to claim 1, wherein the solid water-insoluble pesticide is a herbicide.
