According to the present invention, the skin photographing and image processing device comprises: a marker displayed on skin a tube whose front end comes in contact with the skin a circuit board installed in the tube an LED mounted on the circuit board to emit light of a first wavelength towards the skin brought into contact with a front end thereof an image sensor to photograph the skin coming in contact with the front end of the tube and a calculation device to combine a plurality of images photographed by the image sensor and arranged adjacent to at least one different image.
