The invention relates to a composition comprising at least a functionalised polysaccharide and a PDGF-BB, characterised in that the functionalised polysaccharide comprises less than 2% residual mixed anhydrides and is selected from among functionalised polysaccharides of formula (I). The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical formulation comprising said composition and to the use thereof in the treatment of scarring.L'invention concerne une composition, comprenant au moins un polysaccharide fonctionnalisé et un PDGF-BB, caractérisée en ce que ledit polysaccharide fonctionnalisé comprend un taux d'anhydrides mixtes résiduels inférieur à 2 %, et est choisi parmi les polysaccharides fonctionnalisés de formule (I).
