PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomography image acquisition device for dental application, or the like, that acquires an accurate tomographic image.SOLUTION: This optical tomography image acquisition device includes: a tomographic image calculation unit 23 for generating tomographic image information of a measurement target and a display control unit 44 for outputting measurement results of the tomographic image calculation unit 23 to a display unit 17. An outside-the-measurement-distance-range detection unit 43 is provided for detecting on the basis of the calculation results of the tomographic image calculation unit 23 that the distance between a light input/output unit 2 of a probe and a measurement target is outside the measurement distance range.
