PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus photographing a subject in timing wherein desired contrast effect can be obtained by controlling the injection of a contrast medium into the subject according to a time change of a contrast medium concentration in a region of interest.SOLUTION: A CT (Computed Tomography) value calculation part obtains a time change of a pixel value about image data newly acquired by photographing a subject injected with a contrast medium, and an injection control part controls an injection speed when an injection means of the contrast medium injects the contrast medium such that the pixel value becomes a target CT value in a target arrival time based on the time change.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】関心領域における造影剤濃度の時間変化に応じて被検体への造影剤の注入を制御することにより、所望の造影効果が得られるタイミングで撮影することが可能な医用画像診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】CT値算出部は、造影剤が注入された被検体を撮影することで新たに取得された画像データについて画素値の時間変化を求め、注入制御部は、その時間変化に基づいて画素値が目標到達時間に目標CT値になるように、造影剤の注入手段が注入するときの注入速度を制御する構成とした。【選択図】図1
