PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated spring manufacturing installation capable of taking-in or -out supply of carbonic acid gas while interlocking with the taking-in or out of water passage with a simple constitution without using electronic equipment.SOLUTION: A carbonated spring manufacturing installation includes: a hot water inlet 2 a carbonic acid gas inlet 3 a carbonated spring outlet 4 a mixing chamber 5 arranged between the hot water inlet 2 and the carbonated spring outlet 4 a valve member 15 which is arranged between the carbonic acid gas inlet 3 and the mixing chamber 5 and is energized in a closed state and a lever member 6 which is pivotally supported freely-revolvably around a revolution shaft 7 as a center, at the same time, is revolved by a hydraulic pressure of hot water supplied from the hot water inlet 2 and turns the valve member 15 into an open state.
