A novel bio-functionalized wound dressing based on fibroin. The dressing comprises, in sequence, a cover layer, a medicine layer, a fibroin layer, and an adhesive layer. The medicine layer is provided with a plurality of first protrusions comprising lysozyme. The fibroin layer is provided between the medicine layer and the adhesive layer and is attached to the medicine layer the area of the fibroin layer is less than that of the medicine layer. The adhesive layer is provided with a plurality of meshes corresponding to the first protrusions and an adhesive strip for adhering to a wound margin, wherein the adhesive strip is provided on the periphery of the surface of the adhesive layer and used for adhering to the skin. A fibroin layer is provided between a medicine layer and an adhesive layer in a dressing, the fibroin layer protects the surface of a wound, and lysozyme of the medicine layer disinfects the wound on the skin, thereby prompting the healing of the wound.La présente invention concerne un nouveau pansement de plaie bio-fonctionnalisé à base de fibroïne.
