Present invention relates to an automated system for assisting person of medical needs, to remember their medication dosage timely, alerting about changes in health parameters, and also for recording health parameters for dispersal to medical professionals. The system comprises of a vending device which has an inference engine comprising a neuro-fuzzy Controller which accepts crisp inputs, converts and maps them onto fuzzy variables, performs fuzzification and defuzzification and generates an inference correlating with most appropriate action to be taken (Figure 1).
