FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Described is a composition for respiratory delivery, obtained and effective for treating and/or preventing infection of influenza virus in a mammal, containing two or more influenza virus-neutralizing monoclonal antibodies in the form of a single dose and in an effective amount of 0.005 mg/kg to 1 mg/kg and a suitable pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent or excipient, where at least a first antibody is directed against influenza virus A of one subtype, and at least a second antibody is directed against influenza A virus of another subtype than said first antibody, or against influenza virus B, or there are at least two second antibodies, one of which is directed against influenza A virus of said other subtype and the other antibody is directed against influenza B virus. Described is a method of treating or preventing influenza virus in a mammal using said composition. Presented is a preventive and therapeutic combination comprising: a first composition prepared for intranasal or inhalation administration, containing two or more influenza virus-neutralizing monoclonal antibodies in the form of a single dose of 0.005 mg/kg to 1 mg/kg against influenza viruses having different specificity, and a second composition prepared for intraperitoneal or intravenous administration, containing one or more influenza antibodies in the form of a single dose of 1 mg/kg to 10 mg/kg, where one or more antibodies in the second composition are the same as one or more antibodies in the first composition, or other antibodies.
