PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a case that a patient hesitates to operate a nurse call handset while maximally outputting a call confirmation sound which notifies that a call has normally been performed when the nurse call handset is operated.SOLUTION: When a patient in a bed a of a hospital room A operates a nurse call handset 1a, the call confirmation sound is outputted from the nurse call handset 1a since the hospital room A is a single room. By this, the patient who has heard the call confirmation sound can grasp that the call has normally been performed. On the other hand, when a patient in a bed b of a hospital room B operates a nurse call handset 1b, the call confirmation sound is not outputted from the nurse call handset 1 since the hospital room B is a multi-bed room. By this, the patient who has operated the nurse call handset 1b cannot hear the call confirmation sound, and cannot grasp that the call has normally been performed. Furthermore, in either case, the call confirmation sound does not trouble other patients even if the patient performs the call.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ナースコール子機が操作された場合に呼び出しが正常に行われたことを知らせる呼出確認音をできるだけ出力させつつ、患者がナースコール子機の操作をためらうケースを無くすことができる。【解決手段】 病室Aのベッドaに居る患者がナースコール子機1aを操作すると、病室Aが個室であるため、ナースコール子機1aから呼出確認音が出力される。これにより、呼出確認音を聞いた患者は呼び出しが正常に行われたことを把握できる。一方、病室Bのベッドbに居る患者がナースコール子機1bを操作すると、病室Bが多床室であるため、ナースコール子機1から呼出確認音が出力されない。これにより、ナースコール子機1bを操作した患者は呼出確認音を聞くことができず、呼び出しが正常に行われたことを把握できない。また、何れの場合も、患者が呼び出しを行っても呼出確認音が他の患者に迷惑をかけることはない。【選択図】 図2
