A lid (10) for a medical implant (1) comprises a first part (12), a second part (11) and engaging means (15.) The second part (11) is rotatable relative to the first part (12) such that, in use, rotation of the second part (11) relative to the first part (12) causes the engaging means (15) to engage with and attach the lid (10) to the implant (1).On décrit un couvercle (10) pour implant médical (1) qui comprend: une première partie (12), une seconde partie (11) et un moyen de mise en prise (15).
