The present invention relates to an apparatus for transmitting a power comprising: a cylindrical tube； a vertical core having at least one first core where the longitudinal direction along an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical tube is arranged on the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface； at least one first cable being wound in each of the at least one first core； a horizontal core having at least one second core arranged in order that the longitudinal direction along an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical tube is perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface； and at least one second cable being wound in each of the at least one second core, to an apparatus for receiving a power comprising: a receiving core of a bar type； a first plate-shaped core connected to one end unit of the receiving core； a second plate-shaped core connected to the other end unit of the receiving core； and a receiving cable wound on the receiving core, and to a surgical apparatus using the same.본 발명의 실시예는, 통형 관； 상기 통형 관의 외주면을 따라 그 길이 방향이 상기 외주면의 둘레 방향으로 배치되는 하나 이상의 제1코어를 구비하는 수직 코어； 상기 하나 이상의 제1코어에 각각 권취되는 하나 이상의 제1케이블； 상기 통형 관의 외주면을 따라 그 길이 방향이 상기 외주면의 둘레 방향과 수직한 방향이 되도록 배치된 하나 이상의 제2코어를 구비하는 수평 코어； 및 상기 하나 이상의 제2코어에 각각 권취되는 하나 이상의 제2케이블을 포함하는 전력송신 장치와, 막대형의 수신 코어, 상기 수신 코어의 일단부에 연결된 제1 판형 코어, 상기 수신 코어의 타단부에 연결된 제2 판형 코어 및 상기 수신 코어에 권취되는 수신 케이블을 구비하는 전력수신 장치와, 이를 이용한 수술 장치를 제공한다.
