A refill for dispensing volatiles includes a bottle having a body defined by at least one sidewall and a neck extending outwardly from the at least one sidewall. The neck portion includes a rim at the top, and the neck portion is defined by the inner surface, the upper surface and the outer surface. The refill further comprises a plug and wick having a first end located within the bottle and a second end extending out of the bottle, the wick further defining a longitudinal axis. The plug is connected to the neck of the bottle, and the plug holds the wick in the bottle.
