An apparatus includes a container, a connector, and a tube. The container defines a storage volume within which a cell therapy product can be contained and is constructed from a first material. The connector is coupled to the container and is configured to allow fluid communication between the storage volume and an external volume. The connector is constructed from the first material. The tube is coupled to the connector and is constructed from second material different than the first material. The tube and the connector are coupled to an edge of the container to produce a substantially hermetic seal.
