Die Erfindung sieht vor, aus einem homogenen flächigen Netz (16) oder einer homogenen Folie durch ein geeignetes Umformverfahren, insbesondere Tiefziehen, einen schlauchförmigen Durchlass (14) für den Darm herzustellen.
