The present invention relates to a food dryer. The food dryer according to the present invention comprises: a housing in which a drying chamber is provided； a heat pump system for heating air in the drying chamber； and a decompression device for decompressing pressure of the drying chamber. The heat pump system comprises: a compressor installed outside the drying chamber to compress a refrigerant； a first condenser installed outside the drying chamber to condense the refrigerant compressed in the compressor； a second condenser installed in the drying chamber to condense the refrigerant condensed in the first condenser to heat air inside the drying chamber； an expansion valve for expanding the refrigerant condensed in the second condenser； an evaporator for evaporating the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve； a first condenser fan installed on one side of the first condenser； and a control unit for controlling the rotation speed of the first condenser fan.본 발명은 식품 건조기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 식품 건조기는 건조실이 마련되는 하우징； 상기 건조실의 공기를 가열하는 히트 펌프 시스템； 및 상기 건조실의 압력을 감압시키는 감압장치를 포함하고, 상기 히트 펌프 시스템은, 상기 건조실의 외부에 설치되어 냉매를 압축하는 압축기； 상기 건조실의 외부에 설치되어 상기 압축기에서 압축된 냉매를 응축하는 제1 응축기； 상기 건조실의 내부에 설치되어 상기 제1 응축기에서 응축된 냉매를 응축하여 상기 건조실의 내부에 있는 공기를 가열하는 제2 응축기； 상기 제2 응축기에서 응축된 냉매를 팽창시키는 팽창밸브； 상기 팽창밸브에서 팽창된 냉매를 증발시키는 증발기； 상기 제1 응축기의 일측에 설치된 제1 응축기팬； 및 상기 제1 응축기팬의 회전속도를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
