PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pharmaceutical tablet composition.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for producing a pharmaceutical tablet composition wherein an active pharmaceutical ingredient defined by formula I, or pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof and a water-soluble poloxamer are together processed by hot melt extrusion before mixing with the other ingredients (a filler, a glidant or the like) to form a tablet using an oval shaped punch.
