PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coenzyme Q10-containing cosmetic composition which uniformly disperses coenzyme Q10 in water or the like, inhibits crystallization, can be prepared without using a strongly dispersing emulsifier, and has an effect of preventing or inhibiting deterioration by ultraviolet rays against the coenzyme Q10 which deteriorates by the irradiation with ultraviolet rays to allow its yellow color to easily fade, and can solve the problem that the percutaneous absorption effect of the coenzyme Q10 is excellent or the like when applied to the skin as a cosmetic, and a cosmetic containing the above composition.SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition comprises (A) 0.01-5.0 wt.% coenzyme Q10, (B) 20-50 wt.% surface active agent having a content of a cyclic substance in a polyglycerol of not more than 25 wt.% and comprising a polyglycerol fatty acid ester having an HLB value of 10-18, (C) 0.1-30 wt.% liquid oil having a solubility parameter value (an SP value) at 25°C of 8.0-10.5, and (D) 15-35 wt.% polyhydric alcohol.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】コエンザイムQ10を水等に均一分散させ、且つ結晶化を抑制でき、強分散性乳化装置などを用いずに調製でき、紫外線の照射により劣化して黄色が退色しやすいコエンザイムQ10に対して、紫外線による劣化を防止する効果もしくは劣化を抑制する効果を有する組成物で、かつ化粧料として皮膚へ塗布した場合、コエンザイムQ10の経皮吸収効果が優れること等の課題を解決できるコエンザイムQ10含有化粧料用組成物、並びに前記組成物を含有する化粧料の提供。【解決手段】(A)コエンザイムQ10 0.01~5.0重量%、(B)ポリグリセリン中の環状体含有量が25重量%以下であり、HLB値が10~18であるポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含む界面活性剤 20~50重量%、(C)25℃における溶解度パラメータ(SP値)が8.0~10.5である液状油 0.1~30重量%、(D)多価アルコール 15~35重量%からなる化粧料用組成物。【選択図】なし
