Es wird eine optimierte pharmazeutische Formulierung für die Behandlung von entzündlichen Veränderungen des Ösophagus bereitgestellt. Die pharmazeutische Formulierung einer orodispersiblen Brausetablette ist stabil, einfach herzustellen und ohne diese in Flüssigkeit aufzulösen anwendbar. Zusätzliches Trinken, welches die Verweildauer der Budesonidlösung an den betroffenen Bereichen des Ösophagus verkürzen würde, ist nicht notwendig. Die erfindungsgemäße Brausetablette führte überraschenderweise zu einer unerwartet hohen histologischen Remission bei Patienten mit aktiver eosinophiler Ösophagitis.Disclosed is an optimized pharmaceutical formulation for the treatment of inflammatory conditions of the esophagus. Said pharmaceutical formulation in the form of an orodispersible effervescent tablet is stable, easy to produce, and can be used without dissolving same in a liquid. It is not necessary to drink anything with the tablet as this would reduce the time that the budesonide solution remains in the affected regions of the esophagus. The effervescent tablet of the invention surprisingly resulted in an unexpectedly high rate of histological remission in patients with active eosinophilic esophagitis.L'invention concerne une formulation pharmaceutique optimisée pour le traitement de modifications inflammatoires de l'œsophage. La formulation pharmaceutique d'un comprimé effervescent orodispersible est stable, simple à fabriquer et peut être employée sans être dissoute dans un liquide. La prise de liquide supplémentaire réduisant la durée de séjour de la solution de budésonide dans les régions concernées de l'œsophage n'est pas nécessaire. Le comprimé effervescent selon l'invention a entraîné de façon inattendue une rémission histologique étonnamment élevée chez des patients présentant une œsophagite éosinophile active.
