The present invention relates to an N2-(2-methoxyphenyl)pyrimidine derivative, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition for cancer prevention or treatment containing the same as an active ingredient. The N2-(2-methoxyphenyl)pyrimidine derivative according to the present invention, an optical isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has excellent activity to inhibit anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), thus has an excellent treatment effect on cancer cells having anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) fusion proteins, such as EML4-ALK and NPM-ALK, and thus can be favorably used as a pharmaceutical composition for cancer prevention or treatment.La présente invention concerne un dérivé de N2-(2-méthoxyphényl)pyrimidine, un procédé pour le préparer et une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement du cancer le contenant en tant quingrédient actif.
