The present invention relates to a livestock disease prevention system for identifying and isolating abnormal livestock units. More specifically, livestock disease prevention system includes: a livestock barn including an isolated area； a thermal camera which records the thermal images of the livestock barn； an output unit for outputting an identification mark on livestock units； and a control unit which identifies the livestock units in the livestock barn from the thermal images, tracks the identified livestock units, monitors the body temperature of the livestock units, and controls the output unit to output the first identification mark on the sensed abnormal livestock units when sensing the abnormal livestock units among the monitored livestock units exceeding the normal temperature range.본 발명은, 이상 가축을 신속하게 식별하고 격리시키기 위한 가축의 방역 시스템에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 격리 영역을 구비하는 가축 우리, 상기 가축 우리의 열화상 이미지(thermal image)를 촬영하기 위한 열화상 감지 카메라(thermal camera), 가축에 식별 표식을 출력하기 위한 출력부, 및 상기 열화상 이미지로부터 상기 가축 우리 안에 있는 가축을 식별하고, 상기 식별된 가축을 추적하면서 체온을 모니터링하고, 상기 모니터링하는 가축중에서 정상체온 범위를 벗어나는 이상가축이 감지되면, 상기 감지된 이상가축에 제 1 식별 표식을 출력하도록 상기 출력부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는, 가축의 방역 시스템에 관한 것이다.
