The present invention relates to the field of biomedicine, and specifically relates to a polypeptide targeting human colon cancer cells and an application thereof. The polypeptide is any of the following: (1) a polypeptide having the amino acid sequence: YPEIWPTDHKLM (SEQ ID No.1)； (2) a polypeptide derivative wherein the polypeptide molecule in (1) has undergone deletion, insertion, or substitution of one of more amino acids and having the same biological function as the polypeptide molecule in (1). The polypeptide can specifically bind to colon cancer cells and has a non-specific effect on normal intestinal epithelial cells, and has an obvious effect, providing a reliable scientific basis for clinical treatment.La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la biomédecine, et concerne plus particulièrement un polypeptide ciblant des cellules du cancer du côlon humain ainsi qu'une utilisation associée.
