PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boxer-shorts type disposable diaper which is less prone to stuffiness in a space of the diaper from a crotch to a leg peripheral opening, alleviates a tight feeling, and also has a good appearance.SOLUTION: A boxer-shorts type disposable diaper 100 includes: an exterior body 20 including a front body part, a rear body part, a crotch part positioned between the front body part and the rear body part, and a pair of right and left leg peripheral cover parts extending from the crotch part and including a pair of right and left leg peripheral openings outwardly in a width direction of the crotch part and an absorbent body 10 held in the crotch part inside the exterior body.
