A treating tool provided with: a long member (35) having a first end (35a) and a second end (35b)； a first body section (23) affixed to the first end (35a)； a connecting section (46) engaged with the second end (35b) so as to be rotatable about the axis of the long member (35)； and a second body section (45) affixed to the connecting section (46) and extending in the axis direction of the long member (35). The connecting section (46) is provided with a handle section (46a) for rotating and moving the second body section (45) about the axis of the long member (35). The treating tool can perform cleaning with a scatter of deposits to the periphery suppressed and with contamination reduced.
