PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a circumferential part of holes to a support sheet without damaging flexibility.SOLUTION: There are provided: a cover non-woven fabric 20 where many holes 14 going through the obverse and reverse are provided at intervals and a liquid impermeable sheet 11 to which the cover non-woven fabric 20 is pasted via hot melt adhesive 20H. The cover non-woven fabric 20 is a warped part 14e whose circumferential part of the holes 14 are warped to the liquid impermeable sheet 11 side, at least an end part of the warped part 14e in the cover non-woven fabric 20 has an adhesion part pasted to the liquid impermeable sheet 11 via the hot melt adhesive 20H, and parts other than the adhesion part in the cover non-woven fabric 20 are not adhered to the liquid impermeable sheet 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】柔軟性を損ねずに、孔の周囲部を支持シートに確実に固定する。【解決手段】上記課題は、表裏に貫通する孔14が間隔を空けて多数設けられたカバー不織布20と、このカバー不織布20がホットメルト接着剤20Hを介して貼り付けられた液不透過性シート11とを備え、カバー不織布20は、孔14の周囲部が液不透過性シート11側に反り返った反り返り部14eとなっており、カバー不織布20における反り返り部14eの少なくとも先端部が、ホットメルト接着剤20Hを介して液不透過性シート11に貼り付けられた接着部を有し、カバー不織布20における接着部以外の部分は、液不透過性シート11に接着されていないことにより解決される。【選択図】図11
