The mobile chair/chair, in particular for disabled persons with a body support system mounted on the housing, a rotary-wheel assembly and reversing wheels, is characterised by this, that the service-driven assembly equipped with a service-driven engine (8) and a service-driven engine (5) is in the form of a coupled vertical fixed fork (6) fitted with at least one service-wheel (7),and the seat (3) is mounted on the steering axis of the "rotating fixed fork" (6),where the engine is located at the top of the steering column of the "6a" fixed fork (6). The rim (1) is equipped with the rear wheels (2) in its lower part.Fotel/krzesło mobilne zwłaszcza dla niepełnosprawnych posiadający/ce układ podparcia ciała osadzony na obudowie, zespół obrotowo - jezdny oraz koła zwrotne charakteryzuje się tym, że zespół obrotowo-jezdny wyposażony w silnik jezdny (8) i silnik obrotu (5) ma postać sprzęgniętego pionowego widelca stałego (6) zaopatrzonego w co najmniej jedno koło obrotowe (7), a siedzisko (3) osadzone jest na osi sterowo - obrotowej widelca stałego (6), przy czym silnik obrotu (5) znajduje się w górnej części drążka sterowo - obrotowego (6a) widelca stałego (6). Obudowa (1) zaopatrzona jest w swej dolnej części w kola zwrotne (2).
